You Will Need
1 Pound Turkey Breakfast Sausage
(ours was spicy)
1 TBS Coconut Oil
1 Med/Large Head Of Cabbage
1 14.5 Can Of Diced Tomatoes
1 15oz Can Tomato Sauce
2 Cups Bone Broth (or Chicken Broth)
2 Small OR 1 Large Zucchini Sliced
1/2 TBS Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
Fall is just around the corner, and cravings for hot soups to warm the soul too. This soup is so good and for being healthy taste divine. We accidentally got spicy breakfast sausage, but I am so glad we did, it has a small kick, but it's the perfect heat. Want it hotter? Add 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes. If you want a mild soup make sure you get mild turkey sausage. If you try this soup please do give us feedback in the comments section. We love to hear from our viewers.
1. Start by turning your saute on
2. Add turkey and dice into bite-size pieces. (I did this with my spatula)
3. Add coconut oil and brown sausage.
4. Cut cabbage into bite-size pieces (chunks)
5. Add sliced zucchini and add to your pot.
6. Add the rest of the ingredients and place your lid on.
7, Press the soup button (the timer should set to 30 min)
8. Once the soup is done, do an instant release.
Once your pressure valve has gone down stir and ENJOY!~
