Oven Roasted Chicken

Chicken is one of our favorite foods, but this Oven Roasted Chicken is out of this world! It's juicy, flavorful savory, all the things you could ask for in perfectly cooked chicken. My husband couldn't stop talking about it, it was so good he even did the dishes! He said "baby after a meal like that, just sit down I got this," and it was so easy lol... The spice used isn't regular seasoned salt, but it is sure to wow you! This recipe makes 18 Pieces so feel free to cut this recipe in half if you need to, or cook and freeze like we did. Great for Oamc and freezing.

What can you serve with Roasted Chicken?

Start out with 1 full bag of leg quarters, use a kitchen knife and cut between the leg and the thigh (all the way around)  Use a pair of kitchen scissors and break bone. with the handles of the scissors. You can also cook these whole (either way)

In a bowl mix together 2 TBSP Onion Powder, 2 TBSP Garlic Powder, 4 TBSP Country Bob's Seasoning Salt, and 2 tsp pepper (mix well) Lay chicken out on a foil lined cookie sheet and sprinkle generously both sides of chicken. 

I had to use 2 cookie sheets, Bake for 30 min, after 30 min flip chicken over, and change pans around. (put the top one on the bottom and the bottom on the top) Bake for another 30 min. 

This chicken is outstanding, juicy and so full of flavor. This is now one of our favorite chicken recipes. So easy! Serve with our canned Parmesan corn. it's amazing! and again is super easy.  Enjoy!~

10 Pound bag of Chicken Leg Quarters.

2 TBSP Onion Powder

2 TBSP Garlic Powder

4 TBSP Country Bob's Seasoning Salt

1 TBSP Onion Powder (Divided)

2 tsp Pepper
