Parmesan Corn On The Cob

You Will Need

4 Ears
Nibbles Corn on the cob

1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
Butter
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper

This Parmesan corn on the cob is the most tender, sweet-salty, perfectly cheesy, corn on the cob.  You can do this in the oven, in the instant pot, or on the grill. It's for sure one you will want to try. When words can't express how good a recipe really is, that's this recipe. You can find tons of recipes on the internet, but it is so hard to find good keeper recipes. Ones that leave your family thinking "wow."  that's the best corn I have ever eaten.! This is that recipe.

Instant Pot Directions

This time was based on frozen corn on the cob

Lay a piece of aluminum foil out, spread Parmesan cheese out on foil, add salt & pepper

Next take a butter knife and spread butter on corn, (coat thick, on all sides) roll each piece through mixture till all sides are covered.

Lay another piece of foil down, start in the corner and roll your corn up into it, folding in the sides. Then Place into your instant pot on a trivet, (double this recipe for more ears of corn)

3. Place your lid on, make sure it is on sealing and not venting, Select pressure cook (I made this in my 3 qt) and take it up to 20 min.  Instant release.  

Careful your corn will be HOT. UN-wrap and spread any excess cheese that is in the foil back on your corn.  Enjoy~ Simple but out of this world!

Note:

This part is optional. When my corn was done, I opened each one, placed in a 8x8 casserole dish and broiled the tops for 3 min. It is Delicious both ways
